I'm confused by all this carbs stuff - can i eat carbs and still lose weight?

If you don't eat carbs you'll be lucky to stay alive!  All these diet plans in the news can really confuse people.  Stick to 'good' carbs (fruit, veg, whole grain sources) and avoid the white processed stuff and you'll do fine.

I've never really understood that - that's helpful.

I know some people like fatty stuff, but i love carbs - bread and pasta and potatoes, yummy!
