That's great news about the chocolate milk - but regardless, I think milk is vital to your diet - especially for us ladies. The truth is, we need to keep our calcium levels up because we're at high risk for illnesses like oestoporosis (my mum keeps nagging me about it) and milk is just the easiest and most efficient way to get calcium. You can get it elsewhere - like in spinach and stuff, but in much smaller quantities. I usually try to drink at least one glass a day.
