Hi, has anyone tried weightwatchers products?? I tried their rice pudding last night and was really impressed!! as Ive enjoyed ambrosia but noticed there lite version had sweetners instead of sugar. but didnt see any obvious inclusions/exclusions in the weightwatchers as there calorie count was a lot less? any ideas

I'm always a bit sceptical about these branded weight loss foods, I'd always suggest to stay healthy and maintain stready weight loss eat plently of vegtables ( a good mix of root veg and green) wholegrain rice/pasta fish, some good old red meat (not too fatty mind..!!) and a little dairy (milk/eggs/cheese).

As long as you cook it all sensibly and don't fry anything or use excessive amount of oil you will see a marked improvment in yourself, energy levels and continued weightloss..plus saving a forture in the shops on the branded alternatives.

    Stay healthly..!

I have to agree with you to some extent...but some people just don't have the time of the experience to do this...this is where this type of food really helps some people.

    Hi

I have tried the bread which i think is really nice malted danish is lovely also the spaghetti with parsley is nice too and theit jam and orange spread is really nice as well. I dont use all their products but the bread gives you an idea of points as its only half a point some are 1 point but the malted danish is half so you can have four slices with your filling and salad and it really fills you up.

Hey, if it works for you, then stick with it.  There's no one size fits all formula for losing weight.
