    Hey everybody,

I'm a total humous addict...I could eat it all day.  I don't feel too back about this usually - it's pretty healthy and I usually eat it with carrot sticks and other raw veg.  But I've recently resolved to lose ten pounds and I'm not sure how good or bad it is for diets?  Does anybody know?

i love it, but i think it has lots of fat.

Yep, it's totally fattening.  Use it sparingly - it's good that you eat it with veggies though.

It' has a lot of positives - low GI, healthy fats (especially if made with olive oil), folic acid, and usually garlic too.  Eating it with veggies is a great idea.

I would think it's pretty good for you - it's made of good natural ingredients.

I love it with warm pita bread and some crunchy carrot sticks to dip!

    Hi!

Whilst Humous is good for you (it contains EFA sources) it does contain quite alot of calories! But i know what you mean! It tastes GOOD!
