Grip Training
I saw an article the other day about grip training - is it as important as these guys seemed to be saying? What do you do?

It's not the be all and end all, but it does make a difference. People are often limited in their training not by the weakness of the muscle they are working, but by their weak grip - this is quite common on lat pulldowns, for example.

I can relate to that - when I first started working out i had a hard time holding onto the weights, I really had to work at getting my hands and forearms stronger before I could really progress with my other weight training.
