Hi all, im new to this site so I hope this post works!?!
I used to get through the day drinking lots of tea and coffe at work, I thought id try cutting them both out (well almost!) and just drink plenty of water. This has made me feel so much better, less headaches, more energy, better skin etc... I read you are supposed to drink about 2ltr of water every day, I now probably drink more than this, is there a maximum amount of water we should be drinking? what harm could too much water do to us?
