    I'm in pretty good shape, but have big legs - any suggestions what to do to reduce them while still staying in shape?

    A lot of women say this - yet they spend all their workout time either doing step/aerobics classes or on the stepper.  If you work an area, it will get bigger...so the answer is ditch some fat (most women put it on their bum/hips) and do weights for your upper body to balance out your appearance.

    I'd always done more leg stuff to make my legs smaller, but what you say makes sense.

    It's amazing how few women seem to get that simple equation - work it hard, make it bigger!

    if you train the legs they will get bigger, but you can lose weight from them by doing aerobic exercise, creating a calorie deficit and eating healthily.

    i always had big legs, even when i was in pretty good shape, until i actually lost a bit of weight.
