Hi I am from the UK, male, I currently weigh 120 kilos and need to drastically lose weight before going to India on 22nd february 2008. I have cut all foods out and am just eating salads, vegetables and am having cornflakes for breakfast with milk. I have a small piece of chicken sometimes with the salad. I am also drinking warm water only at the moment, which is 1 pint glass whenever i need a drink. Will this method help me lose weight? I used to go to takeaways many days a week and drink lots of coca cola but this has been stopped now I am trying to do the new regime. Please can someone tell me if this is ok as I fear about not losing the weight
