Yep - I just have to rid myself of man boobs. I have worked out quite a lot previously but in respect to isolating my chest muscles, i see incline press to be far more beneficial than decline bench press.
I know they work out different areas of the pecs, but is there a simple way of gettgin all round development tpo and bottom of the pecs - or is isolation the only way?
You already know the answer, all the chest exercises are needed to getting the total devolpment of the pecs.
Flat, incline= mass building exercises
Decline= more shaping than mass building
pec-dec=shaping
cable crossovers=shaping
dumbell flys=shaping
pull-overs=shaping
And not at least, Dips=shaping..........As for the man boob to much fat in your diet. Plus do some cardio, even try some shadow boxing, any motion which incorporates that motion creates fat loss in that area
