Well I'm all set up to succeed in the new year - i put on about 3 kilos over the holidays, depsite vowing that this year i wouldn't!  So here's to my January success!

i don't dare get on the scales for at least a week!

Yeah it's hard not to isn't it?  I think i've come out pretty unharmed!

If that's the way to prepare for success I'm right on track!
