It's not for everyone, but i know 2 people who've done it and they both lost a good bit of weight (10kg +).

it does work, and even 1 kg per week would add up to 26 in just six months!

my friend swears by it, she lost over 30 lbs on atkins!

i tried it, managed to last 2 wks then quit - but i did lose 3kg.

My friend lost about 10 kg on Atkins, but she said it gave her bad breath!
