eating advise ?? what food ???
Hello all , basically ive been a member of my gym for about a year now and love it i go pretty much 3-4 times aweek and have a great trainer the only thing i suffer with and lets me down is i dont know how or what to eat propperley and need some advise on what foods to genrally eat or avoid.i have abit of body fat not over weight though but i want to have more definitian and size so what shall i eat peeps . ill be taking amino acids and creatine if that makes any diffrence.

I'd summarise it best by saying that the more fresh food you eat the better you'll be - processed food contains all the junk you don't want.

Hey: go for fresh fruit and veg, low fat protein (lean chicken, fish, beans etc), and whole grains. you should see the pounds start to melt away.

Get a book about sports nutrition - taking creatine while eating crap is like putting ketchup on a dog turd. Learning to eat right will do more for your training than any supplement.

Honestly I'd get something like a jamie oliver book and learn how to cook some basic healthy meals.
