    Hi everyone,

I'm a final year student at the University of Sussex studying Product Design. My main design project is involved with gaining aerobic exercise at home, aiming to design a product that allows you to do this in a cheaper manner than buying, for example an exercise bike.

At present I am gearing it around using the customers existing mountain bike but if anyone has any ideas otherwise, or on that specific application I would love to hear from you. I look forward to hearing from you,

     Kind regards,

    Chris Smile

I always love the idea of working out at home - how convenient! - but lack the motivation.

My husband already has something like this that he puts his bike on, a wind trainer I think it's called - have you seen these?

My friend got an exercise bike from her local paper for £20 - you'll have a hard time beating that price!

There's a product called the turbo trainer.

You put your outdoor bike on it and cycle away in the comfort of your own home.

    Cheers,
    Elliot
