Hi there, I'm new, and have a few questions.
I've been working out for about the past year, I'm a tall, slim guy so I find it hard to put weight on. For the past year I've been training about 3 times a week and mainly working my upper body, however after a work out when my arms etc are on fire and I feel stronger, it does not seem to last. Whereas overall I am bigger, it's only in comparison to what I was before, and to be honest I've not got that much bigger.
Is it purely because of my metabolism? Do any of you guys have any advice or tips?
