LOL - too right. I think that's probably my downfall. Lose a few pounds and celebrate with a big curry and 5 pints of lager! :)
I tend to yoyo on losing weight so would be interested to know how you manage to get the willpower to keep going to the gym 3 times a week - I always find it too easy to go do something less boring.
Do you have a personal trainer? Have you simply seen more and more improvement in muscle tone and weight loss?
