    I have just started a new job, working 10-2, and am struggling to fit extra exercise into my day now. I have a 5yr old who i walk to and from school every day (about 20 mins total), i do 8 mins on a morning - Jorge Cruise, and situps on a night. I have a lateral thigh trainer and was wondering if just going on it for 5 mins at a time, for example, in the adverts or just in 5 min blocks for 6 - 12 blocks per day - 30 mins - 1 hour, iyswim, would be of any benefit. I would try and up my steps by say 30 every block so i could really get my heart pumping. Would that work?
    I eat healthily, as have been "scared" of food for too long, thanks to ww, atkins, sw, etc


    Desperate for help, as have been invited to posh party in december and would like to be slimmer.
