    Hey thanks guys - some great ideas there!

    To be honest I want to concentrate on different muscle groups for each workout - like arms & back one day, upper legs & shoulders next workout etc. So looks like i could split triceps and biceps

    Does anyone have any tips for a great 3 day workout that isloates groups in this way so that each group gets a week's rest (obviously not quite possible but you get my drift?)
