    Well done!! I too have two kids, now aged 4 + 5. The best exercises to tone up the mummy tummy and pelvic floor muscles is Pilates. Join a class for some adult conversation or buy a DVD to do at home. Its gentle, powerful and you see results within just a few sessions.

    Take a supplement of Chromium 200iu daily to help muscle formation and a multimineral supplement can help give your body anything its lacking while you juggle life and exercise!!

     

    Rebounding is great for lifting the wobbly areas back into place, eat carbs before exercise and protein afterwards to help muscle formation.
