Does this routine work ?

  • Does this routine work ?

    I have been running a lap around my block every night (7th in a row tonight) , and then doing two sets of fifteen situps , crunches and leg lifts (laydown lift legs up and then bring them down without touching the ground, then back up). I have been watching what I eat and I'm wondering with time if this routine will eventually burn away my flab and get me a six pack?
