Weight watchers
Has anyone tried weight watchers? there was an article in a magazine last week - it's been around for ages, hasn't it, but i guess it works?

I've never tried it - but i guess it wouldn't have survived that long if it didn't work!

i think it's really good for people who need the support of others, rather than just going it alone. Plus good advice and a system to follow.

I did it a few years ago and lost over 20 lbs. They were very supportive, you always feel like there's someone there for you.
