Someone ta the gym was talking about something called beta alinin (I think?), saying how great it is.  Anyone know anything about it?

It's called Bate-alanine.  I think it works a bit like creatine.  I've heard if you use the two together you get really good results.

I've never used any supplements or anything like that - do they really make a differecne?

The right training makes a bigger difference than any supplement.

Of course.  But if you're working out really hard AND taking the right supplements, then you'll get even better results.

I've been using this for a few weeks now, and would have to say the results are great.  Who knoiws how much is mental, but if it works, then I'll take it!

I read something the other day recommending this - i might try it.
