    My friend lost over two stone, and the only exercise she did was walking - has anyone else heard of walking being that good for weight loss?

    For people who don't exercise at all it can make a huge difference, especially if you do it every day.

    It is a great workout - and if you up the intensity you can add in little bursts of running for an excellent interval workout.

    it so worked for my mum - i was really proud of her.  she lost like 15 kg, out walking every night.

    Weight Loss - these two words has been part of our everyday lives. A lot of people I know are having problems with their weight that sometimes, bad things happen due to peer pressure and stress. I am one of them too. Good thing I found Julianne Kennedy's site. While browsing online, I've noticed that Kennedy is giving away free newsletter on weight loss.
