Winter running
I've been enjoying running this year, and don't want to quit now that it's getting cold - anyone have any tips for winter running?

I'm a coward - I head straight for the treadmill!

You have to find the balance between being too cold and too hot - a hat and gloves are essential, maybe a vest (gilet), but not too much on your arms and legs.

I find if I'm slightly chilly the first 5 minutes or so I'll be about right. Proper running tights make a big difference, and some lightweight gloves - you don't want anything too hot on your hands.
