Everyone knows about the abdominals goal - the 6 pack.
But can we all achieve a 6-pack?
In my experience I will never achieve a 6 pack - why - becuase i like a beer and a curry and can't ever see my fat % being low enough for anyone to see the muscle definition.
I can feel the muscles there - but short of starving (you get my drift) i don't know of another way to get them to show. Does anyone have any similar stories or can advise on a way of getting some definition or is it just not worth the hassle.
