Isolating triceps
Has anyone got any tricep exercises over and above the ordinary bench dip, kickback or french press? Just want to get a bit of variation going in my workouts.

Other options include pressdowns on a cable machine, overhead extensions on the cable, close grip bench, and push-ups with your hands close to the body, almost under the pecs. All good for variety.

Close grip bench is really underrated - great exercise.

I've never tried close grip bench - i guess you'd have to drop the weight quite a bit from regular bench?
