Home pull up bars
A friend has just got some pull up bars at his house and swears by them - is it that good an exercise?

If I could only do one upper body exercise it would be pull-ups - they're a fantastic exercise, which many people avoid because they are hard work!

I think they're great - I don't really have time to get to the gym, but with some pull up bars and dumbbells I can get a great workout.

I love them - i still remember the first time I did a proper pull-up! most girls can't even manage one, but what a great exercise.
