I know they advertise pork as "the other white meat", but is it healthy?

wasn't there just a report saying you shouldn't eat bacon?

I think it was one of the things that can cause cancer.

I think it's like anything else - eat it in reasonable quantities, avoid the excess fat, and you should be fine.

I think the meat itself is fine, but not necessarily sausages and bacon.

Bacon was on that list of 14 things that can increase your risk of cancer - but pork wasn't.
