Can anyone help me? It's my knees! It hurts me to kneel, do any type of squat and lunges are out of the question!
The pain really does take your breath away, like as if they are discolated! but there is no swelling! My knees feel loose they don't hurt all the while, just when I exercise them. I am not overweight, Any ideas please?

Would strongly recommend that you visit gp to try to get referral to physio. Could be so many different things that it really needs looking at. If you've done a lot of leg extensions in gym this can cause a muscle imbalance (leg extensions tend to favour the outer parts of the quadriceps which can cause patella to pull to one side) and I would cut these out of your training until resolved.
If you don't get any joy with gp/physio it's worth finding an osteopath in your area who is experienced in lower limb mechanics.
