Hi im a 20 year old male, Im slim built, need to put on weight.
I haven't been to the gym for 15 Months, and im completely out of shape. I have just joined my local gym, and would like to know what exercises I can do to get an Overall Workout. Also what exercise classes would be good???
I want to build muscle, and Cardio strength and indurance. Also i have some tension in my "knee joints" and would like to be more flexible.
