Hello. I really need some help i feel awful about my body and have absolutely zero confidence because of it. I have the worst body shape, large upper body (big boobs chubby arms) and belly fat. No bum whatsoever and thin legs. I hate the way i am, i do need to lose a bit of weight which i'm working on but the weight isn't my issue really it's my shape. I want to have a bum so bad,this is probably the most important one to me and i wanna lose the belly fat and the fat on my arms. I have no idea how to go about this and so i'm just asking for some advice on maybe a weekly routine to work at these parts, and whether it's actually possible to change this cos it's really getting me down. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
