What are the best kind of protein supplements for vegetarians - I wanted to start a low carb diet but didn't want to to waste money on a protein supplement that wasn't gross!

that's a tough one - i've never heard of veggie protein supplements.  i guess which you could use would depend how veggie you are?  do you exclude meat only, or milk and eggs too, etc.
