    Yoga does have great benefits like those listed above. I did it for a year and still occasionally do it at home. Although relaxing I did find it a bit boring after a year but I would fully recommend going to a course for a few weeks so you can learn all the basic moves and then you can tailor a routine to your own needs and time requirements at ...
