it follows medical research that it should, but does it seem to, all i know is that i had smelly breathe and urine. i lost a lot of weight to start with, but i just find it hard to keep it off.

Does anyone know if there are any long term effects with the Atkins diet? All this fat can't be good for your liver and kidneys and heart surely? We're just not meant to eat like this are we?
