    I want to ensure I maintain well balanced arms by working out in equal proportions for both triceps and biceps. I don't mean time-wise (30 mins on each) If i use isolation exercises like tri-press downs, french press or dips, then proportionally what typoe of exercises do i need to do on the biceps to ensure I get equal muscle ...
