    I'm always a bit sceptical about these branded weight loss foods, I'd always suggest to stay healthy and maintain stready weight loss eat plently of vegtables ( a good mix of root veg and green) wholegrain rice/pasta fish, some good old red meat (not too fatty mind..!!) and a little dairy (milk/eggs/cheese). As long as you cook it all sensibly ...
