    rami33:I've lost about ten pounds but have reached a plateau - any ideas for getting unstuck? Keep going. You have to be strong willed otherwise you might as well give up now. You didn't think it was going to be easy did you?

    When I watch my diet and exercise moderately for 2-3 times a week, I do lose weight, the age old problem is keeping it off, and sticking to a healthy regime. There are always times when a glass of wine or 3 and a bar of fruit and nut seems so much more appealing than water and a jacket potato with no butter, don't you think? These forums are good ...

    kingpin:You should celebrate all successes - just not with food!  LOL - too right. I think that's probably my downfall.
