Hi Lezley8 All good vibrating machines should do both horizontal and verticle. Reebok have got a new one coming out shortly which will be about £2k. The flexibar sounds great as a newbie - but going back to the vibration plates (powerplate) all sounds to good to be true - combined with Slendertone you'd get tight tummy muscles and burn off the fat / tone up with powerplate - the amount of exercise you've done is f-all IMO.
